What happened? Description:

User added me and then indicated that he would like to buy my unusual through "steam cash". I started to play along, when all of a sudden he removed and blocked me. Possibly from realizing i was aware of his attempt.​

I just found out after filing the report that this account has been banned in outpost for being the alt of a banned user. No specific details have been stated there.
