What happened? Description:

The accused is a so called reputable seller on Dota2Lounge (http://dota2lounge.com/trade?t=93139457). Has a good reputation and keys are present in backpack. After an initial talk he agrees to sell 10 keys for 500 Rubles.
I propose to start with 1 key for 55 Rubles and when successful trade the remaining 9 for 445 Rubles.
The first key transfer goes smoothly, when I transfer the remaining 455 Rubles, the seller suddenly stops answering after repeated questions about the transfer. Accused also removed my comments on de dota2lounge trade page.
Finally i gave him a deadline: return my money/give me the 9 keys or be reported before 17:00 Moscow time. Accuser's side remained silent. Meanwhile he bumps his trade post every 15 minutes on D2Lounge.

If more evidence is required, I can provide it on request. I feel like I have exhausted any other way to persuade the accused of fulfilling his duties, hence this report.
