What happened? Description:

A guy traded me on a unusual trade server. The guy offered me money and I fell for it. The next day we "traded", the guy said that I had to go first and I did a bad mistake and went first(this was the first time I'm using money, and I haven't heard about a middleman either) After the trade the guy suddenly blocked me. Then the guy changed the name.​

Only way to get a screenshot of the chat is if you didnt close the chat between the two of you, if you did then youll have to add him again and youll get a small part of the last conversation that you had. Probably he wont accept your friend request though

Item/value history

Name history (since it wasn't impersonation), bp history don't count as evidence in this case.

You need steam chat with the accused with your trade agreement in it. You need screenshot of it, not just plain text version.
If you don't have the chat and he blocked you so you cannot get him on your friends list in order to open saved steam chat, then there isn't much to do.

And if you get it, you'll need your paypal history as well.
