    What happened? Description:
    After playing a csgo match i checked steam to see if i had any notifications, i had one pending trade offer, it was from a person named Apple.inc, who i had just been in a game in, the trade contents consisted of my B.M.O.C and nothing in his side, but in the description it stated

    Remaining Balance: $23.92
    Convertion Fee: $0.46

    i was smart enough to know that this was a scam and send a counter offer (as we are not friends on steam) saying that i will report him to Steam rep and steam,​

    no other communications has happened between us so i cannot provide any other evidence than the photo attached

    -Screenshot of the trade offer, taken from your web browser - in full screen, showing the url bar and without cropping anything(make sure I can see the web browser window in full).

    Also please re-check the identity of the accused - Click on the avatar of the person that send you the trade offer , copy his url profile , paste it on http://steamrep.com/ and finnaly copy his SteamRep block to this thread.
