What happened? Description:

Now suddenly http://steamcommunity.com/id/dota4eva/ has around 10 of the hats penek was trying to sell​

I also like to note that the hats in he is now selling are the same ones penek bought from a hijacker alt

At this time 2 have been sold and the pure had ended back in peneks backpack

The person who unknowingly bought the blackwatch was nice enough to provide a screen shot of the the trade with http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198129031528.
All of the items traded ended up in penek's backpack. Either this guy is an alt of penek or he is willing cooperating with a marked fence.

Penek admitting he gave the hats to his "brother" to sell, even admits that his "brother" knew penek was banned on op and backpack and still agreed to sell the hats.
