What happened? Description:

On 16/0/2014, i had all my tf2 items. 17/09/2014, i had lost my buds,my bmoc( santa hat), MY BILL'S HAT, my strange festive huntsman, my vintage lughermorph and my unusual backwards ballcap painted with lime green with the effect terror watt. i also had a friend in my friends list that didnt send request and i didnt add him. he was MrRicks512, the person im reporting now. later, i got a request from a guy named face. he was asking the unusual's price. i said it had been stealed, as well as my other rare items. he said he knew it because a guy asking if he wanted the same items. his name was ALSO MrRicks. i changed my password, my email and now im contacting you. Face said this was the beter place to report scammers. so im reporting him and i hope you can ban him so i can stop him from sellingmy items alredy. please, you have to help me.​

i started steam at this time. when i went to tf2 i didnt have the items. heres the confirmation i traded with him. i didnt receive a request!
