What happened? Description:

So I made a big mistake trusting and trading with the accused which has very low credentials on steam. I sold to him steam trading cards for Chivalry: Medieval Warfare (5 full set) & Counter-Strike: Global Offensive (3 full set) for real cash via paypal which cost a total of $6 for 8 full sets. Yes I do sell cards for keys and real cash (but not until this chargeback issue came).

Going on, the accused indeed paid me $6 via paypal and everything went smooth until I got a chargeback notice from Paypal by the accused last Wednesday October 29, 2014 Philippines time. The chargeback was filled under the claims of unauthorized purchase but I will be providing all the evidence I have to prove it was intentional. Just to mention quickly, when I logged in to my steam account the same day I got the chargeback notice, I found out the accused already unfriend me which makes it so obvious, it was an authorized purchase and an intentional one to scam people.

Before I get to the evidence, I just want to have justice for this at the very least which is getting that accused profile's marked for doing scams since these scammers mess people's lives who are just trying to make a living for their family. I hope that by having this report, some others will have an idea and become aware to not trade with this accused anymore especially if it involves real world money.​

Now on the evidence part, this guy cost me more than $6 trouble because he is charging back $12 total given that we've done the transaction twice. But, the fact is that the first transaction/payment (http://i.imgur.com/QkwKONz.png) the accused made I refunded the same date the payment was sent 10-16-2014 for the reason that he didn't do correctly my specific request to put a message note to counter chargebacks (sadly, it seems to have no effect since the accused was still able to file chargeback) in which to replace the (Full name) with his real name. In this next screenshots, you will see that the first payment with transaction ID 27560829VK537554F was refunded the same date the payment was sent 10-16-2014

This accused didn't only robbed my items and money but he's trying to rob me more. This is really depressing and frustrating for me who's only trying to earn money and make a living.

Note: To the SR admins and mods, if you notice a slight difference on dates from the evidence screenshots I've provided. The actual trade happened on October 16, 2014 Philippines time but in some screenshots, it might show 15 and it is because my computer's time and date isn't updated. With Paypal screenshots, you will see that the transaction occurred on the 16th of October and the chargeback was filled last Wednesday October 29, 2014 Philippines time, that is because Paypal is real time and it is correct. It seems gmail and steam is using my computer's local time and date which as I've said above isn't real time and updated. I just want to clarify and point this out. Thank you.​

Proof: I traded with his alternate account for another set of cards, and his payment this time is keys. I even commended/rep him on his alt.
