What happened? Description:

This person have added me and wanted to give me ak redline and p90 death by kitty ( the sum of all the items is about $20 as of 16/07/2014 ) He wanted me to buy an expensive background for him which was $7.50, I knew that something fishy was going on because why would he give me $12.50 for free? I thought that he wanted me to be stuck with the item. So i asked him to give me one of the weapons and then the other weapon with my background that i would have bought for him. He refused and called me a scammer ( I would have probably done the same thing.) When i asked this person to show me the items I have noticed a little message window pop up saying " Be careful trading with this person, he have been reported for scamming" or something similar. This made me more concerned and I wanted to find out more about this. When i went back on to the market to have a look at the prices again I saw that this item has only 1 seller and that it is higher than what is have been sold for, previously. ( Which is $0.30 and $1.00-$1.15) I know knew that this is probably his background that he wants to sell for such a high price and scamm be as the background does not worth so much. I have also noticed that his responses to my massages were very scammer like. To be completely sure i went onto steamrep.com and checked his profile. There i saw 1 pending report of him scamming another guy with pictures. His conversation with the scammer looked very similar to mine.. I knew he was a scammer so I wrote it in chat. His response was that i am stupid and that I am getting blocked.. Screenshots are down below.​

After about 2 or 3 hours he has changed his Profile name and his profile picture...He knew what was going on

Seriously, how long does it take to ban a guy with 3 reports and more than obvious evidence?

Can you prove that it was his listing? As it stands right now you have no proof that it was him listing the item.
