    What happened? Description:
    This user added me and offered to pay paypal funds for an unusual hat I was selling.
    Rather than sending any funds, they instead sent an invoice- trying to get the hat AND make some money.​

    Provide Evidence:
    Attached are pictures of the steam chat conversation and a picture showing the invoice arriving in my paypal.​
