What happened? Description:

I was added by the scammer after bumping my tf2outpost trade for my unusual KAW boron's beanie. (http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/20292598#latest) The scammer offered to buy my hat for $65, but didn't want to send first. He offered to trade his inventory for the hat (as a deposit) and then send the money to my paypal afterwards. I agreed to this because his profile seemed legitimate with over 900 hours on tf2 and good standing on steamrep. After we completed this trade, he refused to send the agreed money for my hat and claimed his internet wasn't working. At this time he removed me from his friends list, and I am yet to receive any payment​

can i just say that the disclaimer you made me say said ''this payment is for virtual goods and under EVERY circumstance will i attempt to dispute the payment''

Given the fact that no payment was ever sent I don't think your false disclaimer counts for anything

Since Steamrep has been entirely useless I think I will take care of this kid by myself
