This is a classic case of "trade your unusual to a trusted friend". We already knew what was going on, but decided to play along to make sure that this person is a scammer. The chat, as well as his profile can be found in the evidence below.​

Here's some more chat which will hopefully get this report accepted.The accused asked me what is the word "friend" in my native language. When my brother ( Sunday ) was chatting with the impersonator, he kept saying "anu?" which is Filipino for "what?" when my brother said "Krosis?" ( the Krosis part can't be seen in the screenshot ) he kinda used dragon language from skyrim to mess around with the impersonator. And thanks letenko for filing the report for me since I'm kinda bad at doing reports, there's always tons of mistakes which I have to edit.
