What happened? Description:

He added me from a backpack.tf trade, then after a couple of hours he responded to me, and I traded my Unusual Tavish DeGroot Experience with the Effect: Stormy Storm for a Genuine WIlson Weave wit the Halloween Effect: Bruised Purple Footprints, he said that bp.tf doesn't show price on spells but he said that it's worth 16-18 keys, I made the trade and later people told me that he was a known sharker, and the hat isn't worth 17 keys.
So please, I only have one png so try and make what its worth please.​

Please this guy has been sharking people for over 2 years and hasn't gotten a single reputation loss, and now I'm stepping up because this guy is a known scammer in FirePowered, VaticanCity. All the evidence I have is down below.
