What happened? Description:

Leves attempted to trade for my Steaming Birdcage unusual hat.
Offered 45 dollars through paypal.
Gave me a rep thread (probably someone else's) at http://tf2-trader.com/index.php?topic=19888.15
His SteamID32 did not match the thread's ID.
I proceeded to give him the unusual for free (refer to Capture3)
He unfriended me, the immediately changed his name and picture (Snoops was the new name)
No paypal payments were made at the same day the chat and unusual was sent (refer to Capture3, 4, and 6)​

Provide Evidence:

Capture 6 shows agreement and the date of the chat at bottom (Aug 24 2014).
Capture 3 shows the transfer of the unusual from my inventory to his (on Aug 14 as well)
Capture 5 shows the scammer's profile with name used to scam me in recently used names
Capture 4 shows that no paypal payments were received from the scammer in question.
Capture 7 shows the trader the scammer was impersonating and the rep thread used. SteamID32's do not match up. View attachment 127938
