What happened? Description:

I was added by them and they said they wanted to buy my unusual Kill-a-Watt Waxy Wayfinder for $80 dollars on paypal. I had a long conversation with them in steam chat, which I attached to this report. I sent them my unusual first, and they said they sent the money, but I never received the money. Immediately after they received my unusual, they unfriended me on steam and blocked me.​

This guy is indeed attempting Paypal scams. He has even admitted to me on steam chat that he is scamming.
