    What happened? Description:
    He claimed that he had the ability to add funds (euros in this case) into a steam Trade Offer, which is blatantly not true. He attached a piece of text that might be able to trick someone who isn't experienced in steam trading.​

    Provide Evidence:
    This shows his trade offer, the block of text, and our chat prior to him sending the offer.​
