@SuperHeroIceTea Please take screen shots of your trade history of proof that you sent it. Also send a screenshot of the agreement of the pay-pal agreement un cropped in steam with your mouse cursor on his profile picture to make sure it is uncropped.

I can do the trade history but i no longer have our chat together....unless there is a way to get to it. Because he also blocked me

There are still reports pending from 2013, you will have to be patient and they will eventually get it back. Unfortunally there is no way for steamrep to get it back because they are not a part of steam in any way.

It has been several months have passed since this report was sent about my account. Can this report be cleared/archived, because some people are refusing to trade me due to these false reports.
