What happened? Description:

he was selling CS:GO keys on csgo lounge and i wanted to buy them. I made the payment via paypal. Once the payment went thru on my side he said that he didn't get it and said maybe he has to wait. He went offline and then he just disappeared and changed his profile details to what is seen currently.
