Virtual item type involved: [CSGO] Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Items

    Accused profile: 76561198148630394

    Victim profile: 76561198085522790

    What happened? Description:
I have no idea how he did it! I am not nor have I ever been friends with this person on steam. I added him/her just now to try to get my items back and let the person know I have filed a report. i logged into csgo and saw all my items gone and exited the game to see 2 new trade offers accepted by a person I have never played with. The only contact I have ever had

    Provide Evidence:
I also have videos of my inventory and items ingame prior to the scam and have proof I owned all the items either through previous traded with trusted people, or through market (all of which i have the ability to prove)

Yes i would say the same thing except I know it's not because it happened while I was logged in right after exiting counter strike due to a graphics error. when i reopened they were gone...

the only other information I have recently got is that 2 guys who I was going to play cevo with gave me a file which worked, it was a cevo client file to access a private server.
i think what they may have done is add some other file to it which made it offer this account all my skins in a trade (which i believe is why i had the graphical bug) I will try finding their name but they keep changing them and have blocked me on skype and steam

These people I believe were the hackers, I was friends with them and they were nice guys until they blocked me after my items went missing. They changed their names like 3 times so they were hard to find but the first guy is friends with the account I apparently traded all my items to. He also has my negev and some of my sticker capsules in his inventory which tells me he was part of it. The two of them wanted me to play on a cevo team with them but began acting odd after I downloaded the client for cevo. They later blocked me on skype and steam after i noticed my items were gone.

    UPDATE!
I found the second guy's twitch and saw he is using several of my skins!
They are mine and clearly mine due to the same qualities and nametags!

If my above screenshots aren't proof then I don't know what is!
You can see my nametags of my guns in the steam trade match perfectly with these.

    UPDATE:

I was watching his twitch stream and told him in the chat that he was going to be banned due to stealing my items and he almost immediately traded away the items that he had that were mine.

I also managed to take screenshots of him using my skins ingame before he traded them away.

    Hello @aharris17171717,

Due to changes in our investigative policy, we do not accept phishing reports anymore. As such, I am archiving this report.

    http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/notice-changes-to-investigation-policy.47952/

Also please keep in mind that users posting phishing links are often phished/hijacked themselves, and their account is being used to try and hijack even more accounts. For that reason, it's best to leave these cases to Valve/Steam as we do not have the resources to handle such cases; the victim would have to appeal their tag once they regained access to their account.

We recommend you report the account to Valve. To do this, you have to:

    1. Visit the accused's profile
    2. Click "More" drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose "Report Violation"
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click "Submit Report".
