What happened? Description:

Alright, so this guy adds me and offers on my electrostatic noble amassment of hats, he says he would give me a max head for it, but says he needs a record or something like that and wants me to give my unusual to a friend of me, so that's what I stupidly did. the guy talks to me and says he was doing something. after some minuts stops doing talking to me, then I ask my friend to give me back my unusual and he says he already gave it back to me. and I'm like wtf? the thing is that BabaDookDookDOoooOk had an alt account with my same name and picture (he later changed his name to HE!)and added my friend to trade, then he gave my unusual to that account without noticing it wasn't me then BabaDookDookDOoooOk stopped talking to me (refer to proof) but didn't delete me. I really don't know what to do now, if someone could add me and give me some advice about this, I'd be very thankful.​

I got scammed by the same guy. good bye 92 dollars.

Did he make another account with the same name of your friend?

no, he made an account with name HE! and addded my friend, then after that, he cahnged the name of that account to theguynextdoor and used my profile picture, then sent a trade offer for my unusual to my friend while I was having the chat with the first account of the scammer, my friend accepted it thinking it was me and that was it.

Ill assume he did the same to me.

he is also doing the same thing to me too, i got a screenshot for him

The scammer is up there in the ticket, the alternate account keeps changing name and impersonating more people.

note: The account I'm reporting here is another alternate account of this guy, the person I was talking to yesterday (scammer's first account) is this one - http://steamcommunity.com/id/KQL1994 (has one less '9' in the steam link than the alternate account), he gave me a steamrep profile of his alternate account with his same name and picture, the real scammer is the guy in the link I provided above.

Your report was accepted and the accused was banned. Feel free to report a violation via their Steam profile.
