What happened? Description:

So I wanted to trade my Necrophos item for his item for Clockwerk to which he agreed. I went first because I had some -reps on Steam from my friends that were a joke. He then said that he sent the item which he never did. Got everything on screenshots. Check the times of the messages and when I was looking at his inventory - he said he sent the item at 19:22 and at 19:25 he still had it.​
