    What happened? Description:
    When we both put our items in the Trade Box, I have already press the green button "Make Offer". And then, He actually ask me to remove my 2 items : USP and Glock-18. At the moment i removing my items, I think he's starting remove his item too, He removed the knife to a five seven. And we both make the trade and i didn't see that he removed his knife, So we Make the Trade. When confirming on email, I think it's almost finished and i still didn't realize that he didn't put his knife in the trade Box. Then i accidentally pressed the Button "Confirm Trade". Please help me, although if u guys can't help me, Its okay, At least i can learn that i need to be safer and more concentrate when i'm trading. Thank You So Much.​

    Only thing, the guide on making reports says that the admins and mods would prefer if you didn't edit/modify images -- in your case you circled some of the features in blue.
