What happened? Description:

He offered a Vanilla Karambit for my Karambit Forest DDpat. When doing the trade he quick switched out the Vanilla Karambit. I accepted the trade and realized the horrors that have just happened.​

Provide Evidence:

As you can see in the pictures below, I lost my Karambit while receiving nothing in return. The guy also offered a 1:1 for my Karambit.​

Upon short investigation, I found few accounts that might also belong to the suspected scammer.

Although I'm not sure whether all of those accounts are his, they share some similar traits. Few of them had a knife that was previously in other of his accounts. Across connected csgo lounge pages You can find both very low rep, and comments of "attempted quickswap scams". All of the accounts were made sometime in November, 2014. None of them have CSGO attached to them. The only game on clock is Dota2, and for games bought its typically Gun Monkeys, among others, mostly F2P.

Upon my questioning about his scams, he reacted very aggressively, threatening me "dont f✿✿✿✿✿✿ say anything" and "that not your busnis".

While I have no evidence about any of his scams, I hope that my post somehow helps the case.

Do you have the offer you had on lounge showing what you wanted to trade? You do not have enough evidence that it was a quickswitch.
