    What happened? Description:
This user is impersonating a famous YouTuber, scamming people with a link to the real Strife's backpack.tf account. He contacted me asking for my unusuals for money. He offerred 1000$ for all. He then showed me the link to the backpack.tf claiming he has 871 TRUST from different users. I did further more investigation and saw he has been reported many times on backpack.tf. I'm still wondering why he hasn't been trade banned.

    Provide Evidence:

There is no evidence here of the original agreement with this user - all the chat is after the fact.
So the report is invalid- now to address your question why isn't this user trade banned - well Steamrep is NOT Valve. SR can't trade ban anyone. The user is already banned/tagged thru SteamRep - not much more we can do here.
You can report the user to Valve if you like

In order to do that, you have to:
    1. Visit the accuseds profile
    2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click SUBMIT REPORT
