What happened? Description:

He wanted me to trade him 5 CS:GO keys and then he would gift me the two major Civilization V DLCs, Brave New World and Gods and Kings. He tried to assure me of his rep. I would have gone through with it if I didn't see the other report of him doing the same scam. And I was very skeptical about him having to send me the gift after I gave him the keys, I'm pretty sure you can buy and trade the DLCs and he didn't have the DLCs in his inventory before wanting to trade.​

Good job avoiding the scam. Also, even if the games are recently bought, true, they won't be tradeable for a month after, but they will still show up in the inventory as not tradable.
