What happened? Description:

Simple scamming website for naive fools.

Here are the websites
http://cs-lottery.ru/ - Got fooled by this one tho
http://dota2-lottery.ru/ - This one is their second website with same meta but DotA2 items

I know there are EU/US sites like this, but I've got scammed by these ones so..

(watch screenshot #1) Basically, the site offers you to try your luck by buying some "lottery tickets" to get something totally random.

(Screenshot #2) As an example, here is the ticket for 7$ (and that's with 30% discount)
It offers you to buy it and receive random covert skins in CS:GO and says that you can get:
Desert Eagle - Golden something (I don't remember it's name)
M4A4 - Asiimov
AK-47 - Vulcan
M4A1-S - Nitro
AWP - Asiimov
and such

(Screenshot #3) It asks you to give them the trade offer link and your email, and asks if agree with RULES (!). I've decided to check the rules because I had the bad feeling about this website from the begining (I'm trading since TF2 trade was invented) and the only reason I actually tryed to buy something is that this

guy was promoting this website almost evreywhere on his CS:GO videos (I don't watch them, tho)

If you click on the RULES thingy it only says that if you don't take the it in 1 hour
it will disappear. I doesn't mention anything else.

(Screenshot #4) So I've payed for covert skin ticket it took bit more than on the website but the difference is less than 0.5$ so I didn't really mind it.

(Screenshot #6) It would be more funny if it wasn't so sad *I've actually chuckled at that moment* it "Shows" what people just got from tickets.

After discovering their group (Or the group which was promoting this website too)
there were tons of negative comments that they got scammed by that bot, but their comments were removed and were closed later.

But the thing is, they all were scammed by the same bot, at least with same custom steam id link. http://steamcommunity.com/id/LGN5
Me and my bro (Will not link him it's not important in this case) decided to surf around the bot's profile and the website.

So I don't know how about now, but his profile was not privated + Inventory was opened (LoL)

Cool isn't it? You pay around 11$ (when no discount) and get something for 3 with 100% chance.

So we decided to understand why Gagatun is promoting this website if that's a total scam..

I hope that's enough to mark those 2 websites, bot and maybe gagatun who is promoting it while knowing it's a complete scam. By the way, if Gagatun gets banned don't mention me anywhere, otherwise he may ask his kid-... subs army to raid all my pages and such.

By the way, 2 additional things:
1)
They're also selling knives for 4000 rubles (Please transfer it in $/EU by your own, just know that cheapest knives cost 4200+ rubles on market) and the bot got no knives, so that might be a big scam without any items in it after all.
