    What happened? Description:
    He added me and tried to scam me on "do you have trusted friend online now" method.
    He already have trade ban.
    I hope non english interface isn't a problem.​

    If by "he" you mean this account: http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198165914973 you are right, because you can clearly see that you added him by looking in steamrep history: http://steamrep.com/profiles/76561198165914973?t=1473461924 (search for 76561198091623252 and you will find yourself). So why are you reporting wrong account?
