Attempted Paypal Scam...

Reporting this guy in case anyone else encounters him, seeing he doesn't have a bad steamrep... as yet.

Essentially, he added me asking to buy all my unusuals. He had no idea and proceeded to randomly offer $500. I then asked him how many unusuals I owned... and he didn't even know... so I told him, in case he was confused (for whatever reason). Then he was asking how much I wanted... I said $2000. If he had known what unusuals I had and their values, he would have questioned my amount as my unusuals are only worth ~$1000 total. He then proceeded to offer $1900, and we came to a "mutual" agreement of $1950. Generally, it is standard in money trading that each other's reps/profiles are checked out thoroughly... he didn't even know what rep was. As soon as I accused him of attempting to paypal scam, he went offline..... hmm.....

I understand that in a lot of scenarios, an actual scam needs to have taken place to ban someone. I believe at least a caution tag would be fair for this steam user, so other people don't fall into this trap.
