    What happened? Description:
    I saw his posts on cs go lounge in which he was selling keys for paypal money. i added him on steam and paid him 28.9 usd (19.xx pound) via paypal for 17 keys. He instantly blocked all communication from me.​

    With the url addresses intact.

    Also is there anyway you can refine the chat log? It's very blurry and borderline unreadable.

    It's gonna be a while before the guy who scammed us will be banned. http://forums.steamrep.com/forums/paypal-scams.35/ You can see, that the final resolved Paypal scam was on the 9th February. There are few admins though.

    -ScreenShot of your paypal history- showing all the activity(go back 1 month, from the date of the scam)-in full screen, displaying the url bar and without cropping anything;
    -ScreenShot of your Agreement- in full , taken from inside your Steam Client, without cropping anything- In better quality.
