So the accused profile has a)

a fake cash rep thread that can be found here -> http://steamcommunity.com/groups/CSGOREPorts/discussions/5/541906989390306587/
created 19:40, comment 19:41 that even sounds unlegit as f✿✿✿ by a low account who is member of the same groups etc and also with a similar steam description.

b) the user tries some fraud with paypal. he asked me to sell him a csgo pin via paypal, when i checked his profile and noticed the fake thread i obviously told him that i won't sell him anything (also he asked for the 2 most expensive pins) he blocked me literally the next second.

56 trades in total, low hours, overall low account and acting suspicious af. just be careful with him and don't use paypal or any payment methods outside the trade window.
