    What happened? Description:
    Hello I have lost allot of items and hopefully everyone could help me :)

    Lets start of https://csgocasino.net/ is a 100% scam site I would not be here if it wasn't for them scamming me so basically what happened was I went to deposit a skin and I won I was soo happy then I went onto their market to see what I could withdraw there was lots of items and I chosen a couple.... so you might ask what was the problem well I went to withdraw all was fine,got my skins then all of a sudden I got a msg of http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198183571743 saying that I frauded and I needed to give the skin back so I was confused at this moment so I went on the website deposited on one of their bots and waited for my credits so it was about 2 hours later I still not got credits so I went to talk to Someone called blackshot and in the evidence pictures you will see he already blocked me I have sent a report to steam support for the chat logs so I will update !!!! then something strange happned I went to withdraw another knife to see what would happen and it did the exact same thing with exact same msg at that time I was scared :(

    SO please look at the evidence carefully if you notice there is a pattern of where I withdrew and had to deposit again.... I really want my 1k back that is rightfully mine

    I am now starting to get frustrated with csgocasino.net as they are saying that im basically bull craping and wont refund the items back to me
    So now Im in a awkard position on what to do I could call fraud protection I don't think that will do much tho there just trying to save there buiessness in a couple of days they will probely close the ticket and if they do that's it .... Also why would I got through all the time to get items back if they wernt mine :/ Please someone answer that It just my money and they can not just do this !!

    I'm going to address this publicly as I don't want one user's false claim to put our site in disrepute. To protect the user I won't be released their full transaction history in public, but if any member of the Steam Rep team would like to see it to confirm my findings you are more than welcome to ask.

    The blocking issue is irrelevant to the case at hand, the site owner is well known as the owner of the site and has to block hundreds of friend requests due to this. Additionally, I get copies of all Steamguard emails and at no point has anyone logged into Steam on our bots over the weekend, and the Web Chat is unavailable to our bots due to Steam restrictions.

    The user came to us asking where his credits went, and I addressed the issue like I would any other. They had arrived and he had made a number of bets and withdrawals since depositing the item he had issue with. The user then changed his story multiple times, claiming he did not make the bets. So I checked our access logs for nginx and the same IP and user agent that made the trade requests on our site also made the bets, refuting the claim that the bets were not made at least from within the user's household. We also only had one login from that IP during the time period, which was made before any of the requests and then no more logins were made for the user or IP.

    Despite this, the user insisted he did not make these bets, so I looked further into the user's history. Numerous bets, deposits and market withdrawals were made during the time period, often involving the user depositing more items after running out of credit (we track the before and after balance for every trade, so if a user doesn't get their credits we will know about it, we use these numbers on a regular basis and have no reason to believe they are wrong). I also used our reporting tool to check the user's running total of credit for the lifetime of the account, and it returned $0 as the final balance which matches up with the user's current balance of $0. Additionally, there were no discrepancies in the user's transaction history and the before/after balances of all trades matched up with the bets made between trades, indicating that at no point had the user failed to receive his credit.

    The user's final statistics I will post, as they summarise the issue. For one, the $1k 'stolen' is an incredibly false claim, as can be seen below the user made and withdrew a profit from our site over time. It also shows that the totals for the user do indeed add up to the user's final balance of $0 (5125.76 + 2293.13 - 1727.52 - 5691.37 = 0).

    I have now banned the user from our site, it's not the first time he has tried to come up with a story which he was called out on as there's no way a site could even begin to steal his items within 3 hours of logging in due to how Steam's trade restrictions work. We have no interest in having Goughy as a member of our community as he has done nothing but insist we are trying to scam him, when in fact either he's had a virus on his PC for a very long time and someone did this while he was away, or he's trying to pull a fast one after getting upset he didn't win as many bets as he thought he had. I also have enough reason to believe the user is under 18, and in the event that we have reasonable suspicion to believe a user is not of legal gambling age we are required to restrict their access to the site and refund any funds they may have left. As the user has an account balance of $0 we cannot refund anything.

    Right one question why would I got through all this effort to get items that are not mine just think about that for a second cause clearly banning me from your site is clearly a scam anyway as you are starting to feel guilty of what you have done.....

    A message on the site has been added to ensure that noone else falls for this scam; the Skype account 'csgocasino' does not belong to the site and our Director's name is not "Standton", neither is he from "Lesiter" as that is just a typo from someone who I have probable cause to believe is not a native English speaking individual.
