    What happened? Description:
    I posted a trade offer on csgolounge. After ~1hour 70lvl added me and proposed to buy GTA V gift through the PayPal for 40euro. I said "okey" because his profile seems legit. Then I proposed to trade but he said "no, send me trade offer". I sent him trade offer and I wrote my PayPal email. But when i first sent gift, he blocked me on Steam and he wasn't sent me any money.​

    Provide Evidence:
    I bought GTA V on dispenser.tf 100% legally (proof) then he frauded me on PayPal.​

    Okay, if you want better evidence i can later make a gif with logging me into PP account. As you can see, history of Pay Pal activities on my account was empty from 3/02/2016 to 3/05/2016.
