    Report Type: [Money] PayPal scam or scam attempt
    Virtual item type involved: [TF2] Team Fortress 2 Items

    Accused profile: 76561198197145419

    Victim profile: 76561198163882941

    What happened? Description:
    The victim thought he was selling his hats for PayPal money to his "friend"/accused. After he sent the hats, the accused went offline, without sending payment, and later removed and blocked the victim. I found out about this when he posted a forum asking for help.​
