What happened? Description:

He sent a fake email and it said that he added (gifted 22 USD to my PayPal). Traded my items to him and never got the money into my PayPal. he messaged me from CSGO Lounge. He also removed the chat we had.​

It's not a fake email, he sent you an invoice. The email is real - the payment is not. An invoice is him asking you for money, and he's hoping that if he marks it paid you won't realize what an invoice really is.

I still got scammed and want my stuff back.

You will not get your items back. Valve has a very strict policy of not returning scammed items, as they have put in many safeguards against all sort of scams and prohibit trades outside steam.
