    What happened? Description:
    He wanted to trade me a unused 100$ steam gift card code for my australium knife. when we did trade he did not give me my code and instead wen immediately offline.​

    I sent a video that i started recording twoards the end, it shows our entire conversation and how he immidiatly went offline instead of giving me my gift card. please help! this is 100$ i just lost! if you need any more proof i have it just contact me or something!

    Go thru the video you posted there and screen shot the chat agreement/documentation, your trade inventory history and anything else and upload the screens themselves..make sure they include URL's at the top and don't edit them.

    Although you may have had a video of the issue - Sadly we can't accept this report we don't accept reports that deal with cd/game codes. You can report the user to steam.
    In order to do that, you have to:
    1. Visit the accuseds profile
    2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click SUBMIT REPORT
