    What happened? Description:
    He (his currentname is .jpg) tries to scam people by sending them empty (!) tradeoffers and saying that once the trade has been accepted steamwallet founds will be trasfered onto the victims account, which of curse does not happen, he does this by adding a message to this trade offer which first, looks like a message from valve but clearly is not.
