    Accused profile: 76561198276601051

    Victim profile: 76561198077509605

    What happened? Description:
    guy offered $290 in steam cards and had so much rep and i talked to someone i knew and they said they knew them so i sent him my skins and he blocked me, aka Rip Skins. Plesae get him banned. Rip all my skins about $180+​

    Provide Evidence:
    You can see he changes his name first back to asdf, and then to KennyS.​
