    Thanks but I'm unable to verify you and this user were ever in contact - please screenshot your activity showing you adding this user. Make sure steam client URL is enabled first, move mouse pointer over users name so it shows popup of users profile block. Take FULL screenshot and upload ASAP.

    No... you need to hover your mouse pointer over users name so it shows up the popup box of the users profile as requested.
