    Report Type: [Money] Steam Wallet fraud
    Virtual item type involved: [CSGO] Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Items

    Accused profile: 76561198306679685

    Victim profile: 76561198031347045

    What happened? Description:
    Accused asked if anyone was trading on the surf server (which he is an admin of), to which I said yes. He then states that he'll give "Steam Credit" and if anyone says they'll give steam wallet its a scam. He firsts adds and sends his steamrep info which has no data on it. He then sends a trade offer for your skin(s) (in this case it was my ST FN AK Point Dissaray" and in the comment includes "Your account will be credited the amount of $75.00 USD, it will be available after the exchange." He also adds a bunch of bad tier skins for your skin so steam doesn't mark it as a gift.​

    Provide Evidence:
    First is the trade with the comment, the second is the chat messages, third is his profile.​

    Please provide a full screen shot of that trade offer again- open this with a web browser, move your mouse over the users name in question so it shows up the hypertext popup URL at the bottom of the screen - take the screen shot DO NOT edit it in anyway and upload.
