    Report Type: [Money] PayPal scam or scam attempt
    Virtual item type involved: [CSGO] Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Items

    Accused profile: 76561198040174118

    Victim profile: 76561198138861172

    What happened? Description:
    He offered to give me money on paypal for skins in my inventory, he said if i send half the items first he would send me the money and then id send the second half of my skins. but when i sent him the skins he went offline and blocked me leaving me with half my inv gone.​

    Provide Evidence:
    the evidence shows that i never got the money from paypal and the screen shots shows his account and agreement to the deal.​

    Thanks - now do keep in mind this user was already tagged/banned at this time- had you taken a moment to check out the user you may have saved yourself this issue.
    Next time be more careful and take your time -research users you trade with.
    I'm adding to the users info however not much more we can do.
    You can also report the user to Valve
    In order to do that, you have to:
    1. Visit the accuseds profile
    2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click SUBMIT REPORT
