What happened? Description:

Note: I didn't follow him to the actual scam attempt because I had noone online who I could cooperate with, but what he wanted me to do is a well-known scam attempt.

This one wasn't so creative either. Like many other scammers he had a link on his profile to another account's inventory. He wanted to verify my items were legit and safe to trade (obvious scam attempt). He had problems with me verifying that it isn't duped via CSGO Exchange and then he told me to send it to a friend because "he wanted to see it in another inventory" this led me to the conclusion that he was trying to impersonate the friend and steal the knife that way but since I didn't have anyone online who I could cooperate with I told him I will send it to an opskins bot (which he obviously couldn't scam me with, becasue OPSkins gives you a direct link to the trade). He had problems with this too and finally when I confronted him about what he was gonna do he stopped replying.​
