    Report Type: [Money] PayPal scam or scam attempt
    Virtual item type involved: [TF2] Team Fortress 2 Items

    Accused profile: 76561198027953407

    Victim profile: 76561198025125792

    What happened? Description:
    I found his trade on tf2outpost and I saw many people had traded with him. He had more rep than me and so I went first and traded 200 keys, in exchange for $360. He never sent me the money and then proceeded to ignore me and stop responding. He seemed pretty trustworthy and had plenty of rep on backpack.tf, so I am pretty outraged.​

    Provide Evidence:
    I sent him 200 keys first, I've always done this, and his rep on backpack.tf seemed fine. After I sent him the 200 keys, he proceeds go offline and online for a few times. He stops responding to me and starts to ignore me. In the middle, he says he is sending. He doesn't send anything. I continue to send him many messages. He has not responded to anything.

Also need a screen shot of your Paypal ACTIVITY (not Summary) for let’s say the last several days full screen DO NOT edit this shot in anyway. Upload here.

    Thanks - be sure you report the user to Valve also
    In order to do that, you have to:
    1. Visit the accuseds profile
    2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click SUBMIT REPORT
