    Victim profile: 76561198118173515

    What happened? Description:
    He first offered $200 for my HTKF; when i said i was quiting TF2 he offered to buy my whole bp for $470, I Agreed. I wanted to go last but he stated that he had more +rep on Backpack.tf than me, which he did. He sent the offer through steam, I then took screenshots of the chat and the trade, i accepted the trade and waited for the $470. He then blocked me, and unfriended me without sending over the $470 thought paypal, which i also took screenshots of.​
