    Victim profile: 76561198043953389

    What happened? Description:
    Player attempted to scam me of my skins by saying that he/she was an "investor of OPSkins" and that he/she would buy the knife and give it to me, but only if I went first. User added me randomly and I have never seen them before.​

    You do know this user is already banned/tagged at this time. Not much more we can do here.
    Next time you come across a user like this its best to just report to Valve, delete and move on.
    In order to do that, you have to:
    1. Visit the accuseds profile
    2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click SUBMIT REPORT
