    Victim profile: 76561198288411642

    What happened? Description:
    me and this guy were friends for long time (i added him in the 29 of june this year)
    and then he told me that he have a giveaway or something like that and if i want his knife like i am the winner.
    i said yeah and then he just came and said just give your skins and then i will send a trade with the knife and skins on it

    so basically counter offer scam​

    be sure to report user to Valve also
    In order to do that, you have to:
    1. Visit the accuseds profile
    2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click SUBMIT REPORT
