    Victim profile: 76561198174692634

    What happened? Description:
    HE says he is the moderater of the gambling website: http://csgoletswin.com/# . HE then goes on to say that with his help you could win thousands of dollars in virtual money. He says he can rig the site to make a person win. So he say who will win and you say a person and he rigs it to win. Upon asking for the steam url of the winners to verify they have the items he says the following: the administrator blocked our access to any information about the players that used to exclude our intervention.​
