    What happened? Description:
    Basically he wanted for me to enter the site he claimed he owns (http://karabets.net/) and gamble and he will then make me win and we share winning 50 50. I knew it was a scam obviously so i didnt give him any items, then checked him on steamrep and yup, already reported for things like this...​

    The user is already banned/tagged - not much more we can do tot hem. Should you come across a user like this in the future its best to report them to Valve, delete and move on.

    In order to do that, you have to:
    1. Visit the accuseds profile
    2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click SUBMIT REPORT
