What happened? Description:

In short: They tried to trick me into thinking a dota2 item was worth a lot to scam my knife from me.

I was aproached by 2 guys when i put my knife up for trading, they both were way too willing to give me the price I asked for. But then they told me that we should trade later because he is looking for a Dota2 item. The both asked me if I'm interested in it and I told them im not. This item is not on the market but a bit of googleing let me know that it is worth around 20€ nothing comapred to my knife. Today one of them told me that there is 1 guy on my friendlist (the other account of the scammer) who has the item but he cant add him. He also told that he would be willing to pay 325$ worth of items (obviously not worth that much) for that particular dota2 item. Now i was telling him that i dont care about that item but then the other one tried to send the offer with the item and my knife (picture provided) when the other one was telling me he would pay the 325$ worth of items. When I told them I know they are trying to scam they both blocked me.

Pictures of the chat, the trade and my activity are provided.
As I saw there are already 2 other reports with the same circumstances and the same 2 guys, they are obviously connected now there is no dount in my opinion.​
