    What happened? Description:
    Hello, first transaction went smooth, the day before i decicade to buy keys from him. I sent him money first, and after that i fall asleep, he was ready to give me his keys but i was sleeping. Then i woke and he went online and send me keys via his bots, i paid only for 50 but he sent me 53 or 52 don't remember, then i wanted to buy more keys from him like 300+ i had much work to do, and that was mistake i send him money first, and after 2-3 hours of chatting with him he blocked me and remove and he didn't send keys to me.​

    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
