    He sent me empty trade offer stating that after accepting it I will get money for my item - into my steam wallet​

    Message included to trade offer:
    "Użytkownik Item I Checker dodaje do swojej oferty 125$. Fundusze zostaną dodane do portfela steam po zaakceptowaniu oferty. " (Language : Polish)​

    1. Visit the accuseds profile
    2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
