What happened? Description:

Asked me if I wanted to trade with him. His profile description links to another account (with the profile ID : 76561198231072940) with the same name and a non-private inventory. His inventory is actually private. Through chat he sent me the other account's inventory.

As you can see from the chat log, He gives his SteamID32 and confirms it is his (which it is as you can see above) and the other account that he links (http://steamrep.com/search?q=http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198231072940/inventory/) has a SteamID32 of STEAM_0:0:135403606.​
